I used to think team culture – particularly in business, just happened. That if you had a good group of people, good culture would follow naturally.

After 20+ years in business I now know this isn’t true, and I am surprised how many businesses do not develop a cultural plan alongside their strategic and marketing plans.

In fact, I promise you – if you show me a lousy business, I’ll show you a lousy culture.
