Cancellations, Refunds and Returns (General)

The Podiatry Hive understands that you may have reasons for cancelling your Podiatry Hive Membership and we promise to ensure the process is as simple as possible.

What You Need To Do:

Members must notify the Podiatry Hive via email to assist@podiatryhive.com if they intend to cancel their membership.

No further charges will be made after your cancellation request.

Your official cancellation of membership will take place one (1) calendar month after the date of your previous monthly membership fee payment, and your full membership access to webinars and the website will remain active until that date.

There is NO refund payable for previous membership payments, nor any pro-rata refund payments for partial monthly membership fees.

EXAMPLE of How a Cancellation Would Work:

John Smith makes a cancellation request on the 25th of the month

John’s regular membership payment is ordinarily made on the 15th of the month.

John’s official cancellation of membership takes place one (1) calendar month after his regular payment on the 15th, so after his cancellation request on the 25th, he will still have access for a few weeks, but no further membership payments will be deducted.
