Meet The Podiatry Hive TEAM …
Troy started working in Toowoomba in 2000 for a Podiatrist who was looking to retire. Driven and motivated to help people, Troy bought the practice in 2004.
Since then – Troy and his business ‘The Podiatrist’ has grown from two Podiatrists to nine, three staff to 19, one fulltime clinic to three fulltime clinics plus 16 sessional sites across QLDs Darling Downs. The Podiatrist is one of QLDs largest and most successful Podiatry Clinics.
Realising that financial gain was a significant success, but knowing the ‘greatness’ of his business journey is the culture and family he has created at The Podiatrist, Troy’s priority remains his team and patients and all benefit as a result.
Troy and his team at The Podiatrist have a very clear ‘Why’ and through mentoring and The Podiatry Hive, Troy looks to help other Podiatrists define their ‘Why’…..
We have incredibly loyal staff and every new graduate we have hired still works for us. I love helping people.
As a Podiatrist I have the opportunity to help at least 20 people a day. But as the owner of a large Podiatry practice we help almost 200 people a day… I love helping new Pods find their niche and their own Why. I want to be able to provide Pods with the business education they seek, to graft the career they want
I have invested substantial amounts of money with business and marketing mentors, improving myself and my business, and now is my opportunity to give back.
Troy believes there is a huge need in the Podiatry profession for growth and development in business and marketing, and is excited about helping others in a similar position to himself “raise the bar” for Podiatry in Australia and abroad.
Troy is a red wine, mountain biking, gym loving (but not all at the same time!) Podiatrist, based in Toowoomba and is married to Maree… Fun and life loving Troy and Maree have three beautiful girls and a boy.

Blake coaches one of the BlackBelt Mastermind groups in the UK. His mission as a business coach is to create what he calls “fulfillionaires” … people who are rich in every area of life.
I make business owners happier and richer (in that order). I work with business owners, help them to assess their current reality, open them up to new ways of doing business, change their business model into something leverage able and then help them to write a 3 year strategic plan to follow. My job is then to keep them on track and kick their butt when their focus starts to wander!
Business should be fun and should give you freedom and fulfilment. If it doesn’t, you’re doing it wrong!
